The online CFC Giving System is our favorite pledge method. And we have a new, improved CFC Giving Mobile App. But, if you still prefer a paper pledge form, we've got you covered.

  • Retiree Pledge Form: for federal retirees

If you complete a paper pledge form, you will need to submit it to your campaign worker or mail it directly to the CFC Pledge Processing Center using the submission form and this address:
