Getting Kids Moving

The Emily Ann Griffin Foundation raises funds to purchase equipment and life-enhancing experiences for children with special needs. Often these items are expensive and not covered by insurance. We received a request for funding for an adaptive tricycle for Darrel, and because we had funding available, we purchased the bike for him and had it delivered to his home. We are an all-volunteer-run foundation, so all your donations go directly to the children. All of our requests come from special education teachers, social workers, therapists, and other professionals who verify the families' need for assistance, so no paperwork is involved. We can provide the items immediately if funding is available.
